The year 1888 has the worst and weirdest record of blizzards in history. The northeast blizzard dubbed as "The Great White Hurricane" dumped 50 feet of snow, 45 miles per hour wind and total death of 400 people.
Another 1888 blizzard hit midwest but with with weird twist because it happened during a warm day wherein people did not expect it to happen. The rapid change in the course of few hours from temperature above freezing to below freezing shocked the people. The teachers decided to send the children walking home from school and while on their way home, many died of hypothermia. Total death was 230 with mostly children and that's why it's called the "Children's Blizzard".
In 1717, a blizzard dropped 25 feet of snow collapsing houses trapping people inside. In 1977, a blizzard in New York created 30 feet high snow, buried two-storey homes and suburbs. One man got injured riding his snowmobile on top of a house chimney officials ordered banning use of snowmobile.
In 1993, the Storm of the Century, also called the Perfect Storm, hit northeast. It was a combination of blizzard, heavy rain, wind and tornadoes. It was so huge it encompassed from Central America to Canada with northeast US and Cuba as focus. At least 300 people died.

MILLENIALS: THE CODDLED BUT MOST STRESSED OUT GENERATION
American Psychological Association survey revealed the Millenials, aged 18-33, are the most stressed out group in America right now. They are the group hit most by the 5-year-recession, with 1 in 2 college graduates are either unemployed or underemployed. They are also the Barack-Obama-voters generation.
Not only they face a long bad economy, they are also burdened with credit card debts and student loans. They also spend more time in finishing their college degrees as they put more emphasis on school, leaving school with loads of debt and starting a career later compared to previous generations. The millenials have high expectations because of their prolonged stay in college and they were raised in schools wherein boosting self-esteem was given the greatest emphasis. They grew up being told how special they are and believe the world should treat them that way.
Millenials were raised by "helicopter parents", a term applied to over nurturing and over hovering parents and scheduling everything for them. The parents also tend to be "givers", meaning instead of the normal American teenage tradition of saving and working for what they want, the parents would instead buy "stuff" for them, not allowing them to be exposed to working early.
You can say Millenials are late starters in dealing with realities of the real world. The coddling and hovering kind of parenting they experienced sheltered but stopped them from developing stress coping mechanism. But with human nature, they would find a way to cope- either by fight or by flight.

AMERICAN SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS PESSIMISTIC AND NOT HIRING THIS YEAR.
Latest surveys conducted by Wells Fargo/Gallup Small Business Index and e-commerce giant Alibaba showed small business owners planning to cut business cost this year and 87% not planning to hire new employees. Also, 30% believe they won't be in business by next year.
When 70% of new jobs come from small businesses, this is bad news for America. The cited reasons are increase taxes, increase government regulations and cost of Obamacare. Under Obamacare, business with 50 or less employees can opt out but they would still face penalties and additional taxes, resulting to 61% of them concerned of the cost and impact of Obamacare.
You are considered small business owner if you have employees 500 or less. There are 28 million small business in America, outnumbering big corporations 1162 to 1. They also employ 60% of the private work force and pays 44% of US payroll. Only 2% are franchise owners while 54% are home basd. Also, 70% of them are owned or operated by one person only.
If Obama believes in free market capitalism, he should help the small businesses because they are the true engine of our economy. WHY COMPANY INSIDERS ARE SELLING STOCKS DESPITE OF DOW RALLY?
According to Vickers Weekly Insider, Corporate Insiders (the officers and directors of those big publicly traded companies) , according to transactions reported to SEC, were engaged in heavy selling although Dow just reached 14,000 points. A ratio of 9 selling for every 1 buying got noticed by Argus Research of Vickers Weekly Insider.
It's either they believe the market has reached its peak and about to reverse or these insiders know something that make them wary of the 2013 stock rally and therefore exiting early. ALABAMA TEACHER GOT SUSPENDED FOR CALLING MICHELLE OBAMA'S BUTT FAT.
Alabama teacher Bob Grisham, football coach and psychology teacher at Lauderdale Country High School, got suspended until the end of the year and will go sensitivity training for calling Michelle Obama's posterior fat. Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner was forced to aplogized one time when overheard over the phone saying the same thing.
So what does Michelle Obama and her fans want us to say? Should we lie and act like it's not true. It's no big secret that Michelle Obama is a big woman, bigger than Obama, and her posterior exactly fits her body frame, nothing to be ashamed of nor to rattle her self-esteem. But emotionally fragile adults in America, a trait common among Democrats, have become word police and are dictating the American public what word to say and what not to say. If fat or big is offensive, do we need dictionary all the time to find "acceptable" words like enlarged or expanded. Instead of butt, should we use medical term gluteus maximus or posteior to make it less offensive.
When Sarah Palin, the Tea Party, George Bush and Ronald Reagan were called all kinds of nasty names no decent or educated human being would utter, there was no demand for firing or call for an apology. Beacause in the adult world of conservatives, name calling is a losers tactic and the usual juvenile strategy commonly used by liberals when they cannot win debates or issues, therefore instead of talking about issues they would resort to name calling..

OBAMACARE TO COST $20,000 A YEAR PER FAMILY ACCORDING TO IRS
According to the IRS, by 2016 Obamacare will cost a family of five $20,000 per year as a penalty if they don't have Obamacare by that time . Unions are not happy also as they are finding out that Obamacare is going to cost them more, although Obama promised they can keep their insurance without seeing it going up. Recently discovered also buried in the thousands of pages of Obamacare is the penalty added to smokers.
While Obamacare will add more government agencies to oversee the Obamacare, adding thousands of tax-payer subsidized government employees, the private sector in the meantime has no choice but to cut back, lay off people and think twice before expanding as the burden of Obamacare will become too heavy for them to carry.
